30-day refunds on request

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of buying it, for any reason. This applies to both the detailed analysis and the PDF report.

How to request a refund

Email support@27traits.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us which purchase you'd like refunded. Including the details from your receipt email helps us find it quickly.

What happens next

• We'll refund the full amount you paid, including any sales tax, to your original payment method.
• Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• We'll email you when the refund is processed.
• Once refunded, the purchased analysis or report is no longer available for that result.

After 30 days

Purchases more than 30 days old generally aren't eligible for a refund. We'll still make it right if you were charged twice, if a technical problem kept you from accessing what you bought, or if the product wasn't as described.
