Where it comes from
This assessment is based on the psychobiological model of personality, which treats temperament and character as different kinds of thing. It takes its structure and dimensions from that model; the Temperament test covers three of the model's four temperament dimensions. The questions don't come from any commercial test — they were assembled separately from a publicly available item bank.
Being based on a model means it takes that structure. It does not mean the results are proven correct, or that they tell you what will happen.
What this is not
Not a medical diagnosis.
It does not measure ability or worth.
The 27 types are differences, not a ranking.
It is independent of the Character assessment, and neither result explains the other.
The other test
What the Character test is
Character describes attitudes you have developed through life.
